Shipping & Returns

Every item in our store is printed to order for you.

Shipping

• Ships within 10 business days of your order, by UPS.
• Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.
• Cost: $10 flat rate per order. Free shipping on orders of 3 or more items.
• When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.
• We ship to addresses in the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take a few extra days.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. This applies to every item, including personalized ones.

Personalized items

Items printed with a name, year, school or any other text you entered are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged for a different size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Items that aren't personalized

• You can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Returns: you pay the return shipping. We refund the item to your original payment method once we receive it.
• Exchanges (for example, a different size): you pay the return shipping and the shipping for the replacement.
